Janet Quinn
Experienced Counsellor in the North West
I offer one-to-one counselling in a safe, supportive environment where together we can explore both your past and present experiences. I acknowledge how difficult it can be to make that first step, and how it takes great courage and resolve to seek support. The counselling I offer is non-judgemental and transparent, I offer a safe place where we can work collaboratively, to find solutions to your personal issues. We work at your pace; giving you the time and space to reflect, enabling you to work towards finding your solutions and achieving a more fulfilling life.
Therapy is a fantastic tool to understand what makes us tick, through therapy we can find a way to grow and develop into being our true self. I offer an integrated therapeutic approach to help you manage your thoughts and feelings, but each session will be driven by you as you are the expert.
I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework, ensuring I deliver good practice and uphold their professional standards. I attend regular supervision in accordance with the BACP guidelines for good practice.
